To provide efficient
and personalized services we maintain a comprehensive
infrastructure. This comprises several telephone
line, fax, Mobile phones, pagers, computers/printers,
different drafts of lease agreements; Our services
include negotiating the deal procuring stamp papers
, registering agreements and providing what is called
post – renting services too. Our survey-group
undertakes door to door survey of practically every
locality in south Delhi- this in turn has helped
us create a huge computerized database of available
premises, locality and rental wise. This includes
around 1, 00,000 accommodation from South Delhi.
Our team comprises 22 professionals; fully trained
and equipped.
In addition we run approximately
200 advertisements in a month in leading National
Dailies published from New Delhi. Our door to door
survey and Newspaper advertisements afford us a
big addition to our database on a daily basis. We
also command good rapport with
most of the owners
based on long association and clean dealings.
